How can I get a reprint of my past training certificate?

We are happy to reprint and send certificates to you so long as they are still within the expiry date. Please note that there may be a reprint fee of $5 to $25 depending on the type of certificate. Please send your inquiry by email to our Training Team with the following information and expect to hear back within 1-5 business days:

  1. Full name (Please provide the name that would have been on the certificate)
  2. Current phone number
  3. Email address
  4. Type of course you completed
  5. Date you completed it. If you can't remember, please provide as many details as possible.

*Please note that we can not issue Working At Heights, and some other certificates directly though we can offer a reprint of a Record of Training. Contact us if you have lost or had your card stolen and we will help. You can also see our registration policy for further details.

How do I get a reprint of my Working at Heights certificate (proof of training) card?

How do I validate a first aid and CPR certificate a new employee has provided me?

You are more than welcome to contact our training team to confirm the validity of a certificate handed to you for a new or existing hire. -Please email or call 705-526-3853.

If they have completed their training as of October 1, 2017, you can use their Certificate ID# and Last Name to "Validate A Certificate" on the Canadian Red Cross website. Further information is available on this supportive handout on How to Validate a First Aid and CPR Certificate.

Thank you for choosing First For Safety, we hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange (some exceptions apply). Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date with an original invoice and/or receipt to receive an exchange or refund. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Returns must be made in person at our 105 Fourth Street Midland ON, retail store. If a return cannot be made in person, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds can be offered by debit or credit card (VISA, Mastercard). Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will provide you with a copy of your refunded invoice by email upon request.


The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Respirators (N95's, disposable masks, Half Masks, Full Facepieces)
  • Fire Extinguishers
  • Eyewash Products (solution)
  • First Aid Kits
  • Fall Protection Gear
  • Safety Glasses
  • Sale Items
  • Custom Orders (not regularly stocked items, exception 25% re-stocking fee)
