Signage for a smoke free / vape free area in the enclosed workplace and public enclosed space, or other places specified under the Smoke-Free Ontario Act 2017 are a requirement.
Places signage is to be posted:
- Any entrance to a facility
- Any exit
- Any washroom
- Enclosed space in a workplace or public space
Fines can range from $1000 - $5000.
