The Canadian Red Cross' one-day course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training specifically for youth ages 12 to 14. Learn to respond to emergencies at home, camp, sporting events, and in early jobs such as babysitting. Course also meets legislation requirements for Ontario workplaces and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.
